Why
choose Lake Condo Rentals?
W have over 15 years of renting condos at the lake, and we have
grown every year in both the number of units we offer and the number of
returning guests. We cater to the individual; if your stay is a
vacation for the family or a weekend getaway from the family, Parkview
Bay offers so much more than the 'hotel experience'.
With barbeque grills, gas fireplaces, stocked
kitchens, and huge balconies, every unit is like a home on the water - a
nice home. While the individual units are very personal and
private, Parkview Bay is a community. Guests gather at the pools
or on the boat docks to socialize and discuss their days
activities. Kids splash and play together at the pool or on the
swim dock. The complex is in a secluded cove across from the state
park; supplying a terrific natural view with minimal water
traffic.
Can
we bring our family pet?
We too love our furry family members.
However, to ensure that all our guests enjoy a relaxing time at the
lake, we ask that pets do not accompany you during your stay. We
would be happy to recommend outstanding kennels in both the St. Louis
and Kansas City areas that can be trusted with your your best canine and
feline friends.
Do
you have boat slips available to rent?
Yes. We have boat slips to accommodate any
size vessel. Both 12 x 30 and 15 x 40 foot slips can be reserved for you
during your stay. This slips are both limited in number and very
popular with our guests, therefore we recommend you reserve them as
early as possible. The boat slips are covered, brightly
illuminated, secure, and provide water and electric service included in
your rental. Our quiet cove ensures that the investment of your
boat, will not be subjected to heavy and damaging lake traffic.
Do
you have Personal Water Craft (Sea Doo) slips available to rent?
Yes. We do have a limited number of personal watercraft slips available
for our guests. Because there is an increased demand for these
numbered slips, please request the slip rental at the time of your condo
reservations to ensure availability.
Where
are you located on the lake?
The Parkview Bay vacation complex resides in Osage
Beach, Missouri. Conveniently located just over a mile from
Highway 54 on lake road 54-29, you are a stones throw away from the
Outlet Mall and countless restaurants. On the water, we are on the
Grand Glaze arm of the lake at mile marker 19 1/2. For

Do
you offer discounted rates for extended stays?
Yes. For weekly stays or longer, we will
work with you to provide accommodations for as long as you have the
vacation "itch". Just call us for our availability.
Are
your condos handicap accessible?
Almost all of our condominiums are located on the
parking level, providing for the most comfortable access to your
vacation unit. This makes for easy access from your car to the condominium
while giving you a spectacular elevated view of the lake and the state
park across the cove. Stairs must be used to access the pools and
the boat dock, and ramps are available where possible to make the paths
more accessible to all.
